Cookie policy

The short version

We use only what the site needs to work: to keep you signed in, and to remember a few choices you make. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not use analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not let other companies set cookies on this site.

Cookies we set

• biz_auth — set when you sign in, so the site knows to show you your dashboard. Removed when you sign out.
• biz_token — set when you sign in; carries your signed-in session so the pages you open can load your company’s data. It expires on its own and is removed when you sign out.

Both are first-party cookies (set by biz.peptrvl.com itself) and are strictly necessary: without them you cannot use your account. If you only visit the public pages and do not sign in, we set no cookies.

Browser storage

• Signing in — once you sign in, your session and the moment you were last active are kept in your browser’s local storage, so you stay signed in between pages and are signed out after a period of inactivity.
• Your choices — small preferences, such as whether the side menu is collapsed and your recent searches.
• The demo form — if you start booking a demo, what you have typed is kept in your browser (pt-demo) so it is not lost if you close the form. It is cleared once your demo is booked.

This storage stays in your browser. You can clear it at any time from your browser’s settings; you will then need to sign in again.

Links to other sites

Some links open other services, such as Google Maps or Google Calendar. Those services have their own cookie and privacy policies, which apply once you are on their site.
