Terms of use
These terms apply when a company and its people use PepTrvl Biz (biz.peptrvl.com), a business travel portal run by EPH Services Private Limited, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (“PepTrvl”, “we”). By creating a company account, or by accepting an invitation to one, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where you sign up a company, on behalf of that company.
1. What PepTrvl Biz does
PepTrvl Biz lets a company search, request, approve and book business travel — flights and hotels, and other services we add — for its employees and guests, apply its own travel policy and approvals, and keep its bookings, invoices and reports in one place. Bookings are made with airlines, hotels and travel suppliers through our supplier partners; PepTrvl is not the airline or the hotel.
2. Company accounts and approval
- A company account is created by a person who is allowed to act for that company. The details given at sign-up (company name, GSTIN, contact) must be true.
- Every new company account is reviewed by the PepTrvl team before it can be used. We may decline or close an account that does not meet our checks.
- The company’s administrators add employees and decide who may book, approve and pay. Employees join by an invitation from their administrator.
- Each person keeps their own sign-in private — a password, or a one-time code we e-mail to them. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Bookings, prices and changes
- Prices, availability, baggage, cancellation and change rules come from the airline, hotel or supplier and are shown before you book. They can change until a booking is confirmed.
- A booking is confirmed when we send the confirmation, ticket or voucher. Cancellations, changes and refunds follow the supplier’s rules shown at booking, plus any PepTrvl service charge shown to you.
- Travellers are responsible for valid travel documents (ID, passport, visa) and for reaching the airport or hotel on time.
- The details you enter for a traveller must be correct; a supplier may refuse travel or charge for a correction when they are not.
4. Paying for travel
A company pays for bookings from its PepTrvl wallet (money it has added) or, where we have opened one for it, a credit line with the limit and payment terms agreed with us. Amounts due are invoiced with GST as the law requires. We may pause new bookings on an account that is past its agreed payment terms.
5. Using the portal properly
Use PepTrvl Biz only for the company’s genuine travel. Do not try to reach other companies’ data, interfere with the service, scrape it, or make bookings you do not intend to keep. We may suspend access that puts the service, our suppliers or other customers at risk.
6. The travel assistant
Some features use artificial intelligence (provided today by OpenAI) to help you search, fill in details or read a document such as a passport photo. Check what the assistant fills in before you book; the booking you confirm is the one that counts.
7. Our responsibility
We work to keep PepTrvl Biz available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not responsible for what an airline, hotel or other supplier does or fails to do, though we will help you raise it with them. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.

9. Changes, law and contact
