We booked travel by hand for years. So we built the AI we wished we had.
PepTrvl Biz is made by EPH Services Private Limited, built on the foundation of E-Peppy Hospitality, which has been booking travel for Indian businesses in Jaipur since 2020. We know the calls, the approval chases and the missing GST invoices, because we handled them ourselves.
From a travel desk in Jaipur to corporate travel on WhatsApp
We started in 2020 as E-Peppy Hospitality, booking hotel stays for travellers and businesses, and grew into flights, trains, buses and events as EPH Services. Every week our team saw the same thing: an employee messages their admin, the admin calls us, we send options on email, someone forgets to approve, the fare goes up, and at month end finance chases invoices that were never raised in the company’s GSTIN.
Travel people were already booking on WhatsApp. The software just hadn’t caught up.
So we built PepTrvl, a booking platform for travel agents and companies, and then PepTrvl Biz: an AI assistant that takes a trip request in plain language, checks it against company policy, and hands it to a manager for one-tap approval.
Behind the AI is the same team that has been handling bookings, changes and late-night cancellations for years. When something needs a person, you get one.

Built on E-Peppy Hospitality
Everything PepTrvl Biz does rests on the hotel relationships, supplier network and support team that E-Peppy Hospitality started building in 2020.
E-Peppy Hospitality
Where it all started: accommodation bookings for travellers and businesses, and the hotel relationships we still build on today.
EPH Services Pvt. Ltd.
The travel company: hotels, flights, trains, buses and events, and the operations team that handles changes, cancellations and support.
PepTrvl
The technology: an AI shortcut to travel bookings, with PepTrvl Biz for companies and a B2B booking platform for travel agents.
How we build PepTrvl Biz
Meet people where they are
Employees already live on WhatsApp. Asking them to learn a new portal to book a trip is the wrong way round.
AI prepares, people decide
The AI does the searching and checking. A manager always approves, and nothing is booked without that approval.
Finance should never chase an invoice
Every booking comes with a GST invoice in the company’s name. Clean books are part of the product, not an extra.
A real person when it matters
Flights get cancelled at midnight. When they do, our travel team takes over.
